Like many village churches, we offer a range of services over the month.

This month's services


8.00am
Holy Communion (Not first or third Sunday)

This is a quiet, said service using the traditional words of the Book of Common Prayer.
It lasts about half an hour.

9.30am (or sometimes 10.00am)
Parish Communion
A lively, sung service using modern langauage. It lasts about an hour.
This service is followed by refreshments in church.

11.00am
Family Service
An informal servive at which families and young children are especially welcome. It lasts about 35 minutes.
There will be no Family services in April as there is a Christening on Sunday 14th April. The following week, on Sunday 21st April, the main service will be followed by the Annual Parochial Church Meeting.
Family Services will restart on Sunday 5th May, continue to Sunday 19th May, after which there will be a two week break for half-term, and then resume on Sunday 9th June.

6.00pm
Choral Evensong (First Sunday)

This is a formal sung service using the traditional words of the Book of Common Prayer.
There is a sermon and the service lasts about an hour.
Said Evensong (Other Sundays)
A said service using the words from the Book of Common Prayer, with slightly more emphasis on the intercessions.
It lasts about 30 minutes.

As well as regular Sunday worship, there are numerous other services to celebrate special days in the Christian calendar such as the annual Christingle service in December.
